Monitoring

Ashuja'an provides comprehensive diabetes monitoring and support to every diabetic child who comes to our door. Services include:

• Meetings with diabetes specialists, including doctors, nutritionists, social workers, group facilitators, counselors and more.
• Monthly phone calls to check patient blood sugar llevels and answer questions
• Diabetes hotline, with 24/7 support from the Ashuja'an staff
• Diabetes Police, which is fun blood sugar check at the patient's home or school.

We never lose touch with our brave-hearted diabetes fighters. Once a member of Ashuja'an, always a member of Ashuja'an. Whenever children or family members initiate contact with us, they will always remain in our network year after year, receiving our monitoring support until their diabetes care becomes second nature.
